Strategy, Performance and Market Analysis

The SPMA team works co-operatively with staff across the organisation provide strategic analysis, insights and recommendations to facilitate improved performance, decision-making and innovation across the University.

Reporting and analysis aligns with the six themes of the Strategic Plan. These include three 'pillars' which represent the University’s core business of Learning and Student Experience, Research and Innovation, and Engagement and Impact. To deliver in these areas, Curtin is supported by its People and Culture and strategies enabling us to achieve Global Positioning and a Sustainable Future.
